Founded in 2013, Guanghai Technology is a strategically invested enterprise of Tencent, a National High-Tech Enterprise, and a China Top-100 Online Education Brand. Deeply rooted in education through the Tencent ecosystem, it integrates software and hardware R&D, consulting and planning, engineering implementation, and technical services.
The company partners with the Ministry of Education, Chinese Academy of Sciences, leading universities, provincial and municipal education bureaus, major telecom operators, Tencent, Huawei, Hikvision, Baidu and others to build an education informatization ecosystem. It covers 33 provincial-level regions, 282 prefecture-level regions, and 1,062 county-level regions nationwide, serving over 150K K12 schools and kindergartens and reaching more than 150 million administrators, faculty, students, and parents.
Guanghai co-develops AI education solutions with Tencent and Huawei through technology-plus-scenario collaboration. It has launched special initiatives such as the "Taoli Action Plan" and "Hundred Cities & Ten Thousand Schools Initiative", establishing AI education demonstration bases, laboratories, and benchmark schools; cultivating professional faculty and youth AI talent; and collaborating across product R&D, market operations, and event organization to drive digital transformation and AI education adoption.
开班仪式上，苍南县政协副主席，县教育局党委书记、局长郑贤跑在讲话中指出，此次培训是苍南抢抓人工智能发展机遇、推进“学优苍南·教育强城”建设的重要举措。“面对AI技术带来的教育变革，我们必须主动拥抱、积极引领。”他强调，在当前“两创”工作攻坚期组织培训，体现了局党委推动教育数字化转型的决心。本次培训聚焦人工智能主题，旨在培养适应现代教育新生态的管理队伍。他要求，作为AI时代教育工作者必须实现三个转变：从知识传授者转变为学习设计师，从传统管理者转变为创新实践者，从经验办学者转变为数智引领者。在人工智能时代，把握大势，洞察未来，解放思想，勇于变革，创新实践，优化路径，乘势而上，担当作为，深刻感知AI时代教育变革趋势，并将学习成果转化为推动苍南教育高质量发展的实际行动，为苍南县打造教育强县提供支撑。
开班首日，华东师范大学教师发展学院院长闫寒冰带来专题讲座《数智赋能育人模式变革与教师数字素养提升》。她提出，AI时代要处理好“三组关系”：GenAI赋能教师、教师指导学生使用GenAI、教师赋能GenAI指导学生。针对相关变革中教师面临的挑战，她建议遵循育人为本、数智优先、应用驱动、伦理护航的原则，积极参与AI赋能教育行动，推动教育创新，并采用提示语警告、增加本体知识储备、培养数据敏感意识等方法应对挑战。浙江省之江教育信息化研究院副院长韩承迅则聚焦《AI时代中小学首席信息官CIO的信息素养与教师数字素养》，系统阐述了教育信息化发展趋势和教师数字素养提升路径和CIO首席信息官需具备的能力，为学员打开了教育数字化转型的全局视野。腾讯 · 光海科技教育产品总监刘晓滨分享《腾讯IMA知识库与青少年AI平台教育实践》，为学员现场演示了IMA知识库的应用实践。IMA不仅是一个AI工作台，还是一个知识发现平台库，整合了海量学科资源、优质教案模板、前沿教学方法与典型案例分析，可以让教学更具专业性与创新性，也为苍南教育数字化转型提供了可借鉴的解决方案。
